Has anyone seen others like the below? It is the Seahorse with the engraved writing usually found on the earlier Straight Writings. I've never seen one of these and wasn't sure of it's authenticity when the listing was up. It was sold from Japan on eBay for $4500 w/in the last few weeks. Serial appears to be 30,5xx,xxx and with a perlage fwiw. The color of the movement didn't look quite right to me, but I suspected it was just overexposed as several of the listing pix were. Thoughts?

I think that one has been discussed before here, and I think it wa discounted as being a later engraving because of the pointed A's in the inscription (instead of flat top A).

I just can't remember which thread..

Thx Joel! I figured it had been and figured when I saw listing that it was either later engraved or a non-Omega engraving... thus why I don't now own the watch 馃槣
