Cartier With Japan Movement (not Swiss)

Are all Cartier movements Swiss made? In other word, if I see anything "Japan" or not "Swiss" on the dial or on the movement itself, it is FAKE, right?

I don't know what quartz movements they use but I would surmise they're Swiss. Got pix of the watch in question?

Just a general question. There is "Japan Mov't" at the bottom, instead of "Swiss".
