Well that makes at least 2 of us.
I was thrilled that the RS6 Avant was coming stateside, hopefully it sells well and that will motivate them to bring more of the goods over!

Wish I had the coin to buy the RS6 Avant. That thing looks amazing and is right up my alley. I really hope it sells well but think the real hope is that A6 allroad sells well since that is much more mass market. Unfortunately, I don't think people realize the benefits of wagons here. You get the extra space of an SUV but it drives like a car vs. a bloated top heavy vehicle.

Americans hate wagons. But lift it a couple inches and call it a crossover and BAM! instant hit lol.
I have hope for the RS6 Avant, as I see a handful of E63 AMG wagons around town. So the market is definitely there for a high performance wagon.
I mean just look at how much CTS-V wagons are still going for...

Just because I think the current Airking is an overpriced pos doesn’t mean I’d say that in an Airking forum, and that’s not because I’m afraid to voice my opinions, but out of respect. Respect is what you seem to be consistently lacking on this site.

Oh i see. I have to agree with you. If you don't like my voicing my opinion stay on the car forums. I won't be there. And I'll remember your opinion in the highly unlikely event it ever matters to me. I lost a leg to an inattentive driver. Maybe you think that's funny. I don't. Where's your respect for other points of view.

That's exactly what car manufacturers do.Lifting it, putting the cladding over - hopefully people would see an outback competitor in it. BTW Mercedes is bringing All Terrain wagon too.
P.S. Not only CTS-Vs. Look at the prices for Acuras TSX wagons🙁

You are not alone mate. Audi got first batch of RS6 delivered few days ago. Only $109K base price))))))) Plus 2020 A6 alroads are $65K.
I had an allroad a few years ago, mine was on the a6 chassis. 2.6 twin turbo with the air suspension. Fantastic car, but maintenance intensive. It's developed quite a cult following.

Unfortunately not. Wanted that option but there are so few of them available you are lucky if a dealer even has one of them on the lot. I don't like special ordering cars as much harder to negotiate with the dealer then buying something they have in stock.

A4 allroad here. Think I am a last person in America who wants to drive a wagon. I wish they sold the Avant versions of their cars here.

All for fast wagons, they're great especially if you've only got space for 1 or 2 cars (other car can be a proper sports car then!).

But, y'know... make sure you don't get left holding the bag with the Allroad once its warranty expires.

Or if you have kids and a dog and need room for all their stuff but want to drive something fun. I just lease it as I agree I don't want to be left with an Audi off warranty.
