Can you think of a movie that would be a crime if you did not see it ?

Get out of my head!

You must have a great mind, too!

Oh, and add Monty Python and the Holy Grail to the comedy list. I like it better than Life of Brian.

This is just creepy. Every Monty Python movie is on my list.

Two very good movies in my opinion, Bullit and Ronin. But if for no other reason, the car chase scenes....

Good suggestions. In a different vein, everyone should see Blade Runner at least once. One of the few movies where visuals, writing, acting and directing all came together.

My favourite film! I'm not a big film buff but I'm a big fan. Even bought the same whiskey glass Deckert uses in the movie.

can't go wrong with ol' time war movies..

Great film. My grandfather got me watching this when I was about 10. A good fifteen years later I visited Arnhem, Nijmegen, Pegasus Bridge and the Haartenstein Hotel. Humbling.

Then The Longest Day needs to be in there.

Oh, wait. Instead I'll note the film I saw with the above (weirdest double feature ever, but true):

Every Which Way But Loose, Any Which Way You Can, Paint Your Wagon, Bronco Billy. There were a few stinkers. Late 70s and early 80s were not a good time for him.

These three are IMHO the greatest of the pre-modern war movies set on sea, on land and in the air respectively.

This one had its moments (at least I thought so when I first saw it as a boy back in the early 80'ies 🙄 ).
And a somewhat cool watch also starred ... 😗

What I remember most about that movie was how the water shot up when the plane passed over it.
