Hi,

As newbi vintage rolex I found two 1675 which has same price range, no service history and no Box. Which one is worth to collect? Please recommend.....

1. Serial 5XXXXXX million with Rolex Jubilee Bracelet 62510 with 555 Endlink.

personally I prefer the first one, though this is based on looks alone and probably photo's, and I know little or nothing about Rolex and this model

Hello,

You can't say much from just one picture. The first one features a MK4 dial and the second one a MK2 dial, which seems correct for the serial. But its also hard to tell with one known digit from the serial. Please correctme if I'm wrong. Both inlays seem to be later replacements with serifs.

The cases have seen the one or the other polish. The easiest way to see that is to have a look at the crown guards. Here is an 100% unpolished example and you should easily see the difference.

I think both are nice watches and they are absolutely not rare. So from the perspective of a collector one is as good as the other. You should choose the one, that looks more beautiful to you.

To my eyes the first one has a to die for patina. Almost to good to be true. So I'd check, if the hands have been recolored to match the patina of the dial. That isn't a knock-off criteria for me but it effects the value.

Anyway both aren't bargains but also not too overpriced.

Kind regards,
Manuel

Prices are market. I don't have much to add on the dials, mk4 and mk2 respectively. The first one seems to have less polishing overall. a fat font insert would go a long way too

I'd go with the first one. I like the condition better, and the jubilee bracelet. In addition, if I recognize the photo correctly, I've bought from the seller before, he's an honest and reputable. You won't get a screaming deal, but prices are very fair and reflect the market and condition. Feel free to PM me if you want to confirm. GLWTB!
