Made with a modular chronograph movement. As you can see by the pushers sitting above the crown.

·STANDY is right. I used to own one of these years ago.
The one in the picture seems to have hollow end links... I seem to recall that mine's were solid, but other wise looks legit.
Pretty decent watch and good looking, but indeed, overpriced.
