I bought this ladies diamond watch from Heritage Auctions. It was my first time trying to buy a watch and sell it. However I didn't notice it was so small. It's only 5.5 inches in length. It doesn't say Omega on the dial but Heritage Auctions listed it as marked Omega on movement. It listed the serial number. Can anybody help with this is this a custom built watch? Is 5.5 inch a normal length it seems really small. Can someone tell me what I have here?

Not from those pictures.

Years ago, it was quite common for jewelers to recase higher-end watch movements in diamond and platinum cases. I would be highly surprised if this was an Omega case.

I doubt the dial and case have anything to do with each other. It just doesn't fit in the center.

Without pictures of the movement, there is nothing more we can say.

While it may have an Omega movement it doesn't appear to have anything more to do with Omega than that.

Case made for someone with a very small wrist.

Only way to length it would be to remove the looped sections by the squared links and attach a rope bracelet which can be cut to shorten if too long when added

Just guessing here
