If you only had moderate means or couldn't easily get to a retailer, and there was a fair degree of effort required to obtain even a readily available watch, I think it would be fair for you to call that your grail. Best of luck in your search, and I hope the PO meets your expectations.

I just did a search on Chrono24.com and found 50 of the watch you seek. Most are in Europe. Some are new and some previously owned. Prices run from about $3,400 to about $4,800. Surely there is something there that will fit your budgetary desires. 馃榾

If someone wants a watch and no other watch besides that, I believe it would be his definition of a grail.

I feel like grails indicate that your search is over for good.

I have a watch I would like more than most, but definitely wouldn't be opposed to searching for others. So I don't have a grail at the moment.
