·Unless you can get the rear cover off so the serial number can be read you wont get an accurate answer, I'd guess around the 1968-70 era though.

·I agree with the timeline. Bracelet looks like the 1098 which came on the SM120’s around ‘67-68.

Verify if your insurance needs an appraisal for it as that would need to be done by a jeweler.

·Those are the endlinks. The esteemed @JwRosenthal is referring to the bracelet. The same bracelet had multiple endlinks depending on the former of the watch it was sold with.
