Can anyone please identify this watch?

Found it in a box from estate sale. I have tried to research it but have found nothing. It is very heavy for it's size which leads me to believe it is not stainless as the back cover said. It also does not have the observatory and stars on the back. Not sure if it is fake or just had the back replaced. This is the only photo for now, but I will post more later or upon request. Lots of finger prints in the photo but polishes very nice. Not a scratch on it even though it was in a bag with other watches and stored for an unknown amount of time. Put a battery in and it works great.

Late 70's mid 80's. There was a huge variety of quartz. It should have some numbers on the inside of the caseback. Give us a picture of the movement and caseback and we could tell you more. The caseback is most likely correct.

Now that I have the back off, it looks too cheap to be a luxury watch.

Yea, I could tell the moment I removed the back. Thank you for your confirmation. I found out the Rolex that was with this one is also a fake, there are no serial or case numbers anywhere on it or under the band on the case. I have this old Seiko I hope will help recoup the cost of the auction items.
