Can anyone identify this Watch?

Hi. This is probably my last try to identify this Watch. I thought its a Breitling Super Avenger E17370 but the Bezel dont match.
The Number 10 is somehow missing, also there are little dots in the inner circle, which i could never find on a Breitling at all. The strap might not be Original. This is the best Photo i got. Maybe someone got an Idea.

Its from the show "The Wire" produced in 2002 so any Watch produced after 2002 is out of the Pool

yeah, yeah. Its hard to tell from a bad picture but its the best ive got and chances are that at least one person knows it

I tried to figure it out by looking at differend brand logos but i cant seem to find any matching.. its like 2 Words with a Sword crossing in the middle.

Nice idea. I cant find a version with small dots/indicators on the inner circle.

Red Seconds Hand, Indicators on the inner circle and a missing number 10 on the bezel. How hard can it be, right? :'D
