Can anyone identify this watch?

Hello --

Can someone please identify this watch worn by officer McNulty (Dominic West) on the HBO series the Wire. I have gathered several photos but all of them are less than ideal wrist shot.

If anyone can add some better photos or more information to help solve this it would be greatly appreciated and is welcomed (especially if its just the brand).

Thank you in advance.

Without knowing for sure, and not searching online for an extended time. My first gut says Hublot

The logo in the first photo sort of looks like a bird with outstretched wings sweeping upwards.

I remember that show it was great. If it is a hubolt it’s way out of character

I don't believe it is a Hubolt, the show aired in early 2000's and it would be very out of character for a police officer to wear that on the job on the regular. I thought maybe Swiss army but it doesn't fit the eagle that I seem to be making out on the dial.

I agree with eagle its probably quartz as well. I can't think of too many watch brands that feature a stretching eagle logo any idea?

I don't know about that. It doesn't have enough complications and gold plated bling and bezels and pushers and subdials to be a real Invicta. 😉

I've added some photo's to the initial post, maybe that will help?

I get the vibe of a 1990s Breitling Colt

I thought that too but I the bezel doesn't fit and doesn't the colt have a date window? Also the red seconds hand isn't the same. Very close though.

Agree all around; just picking up the similarity in vibe

The band seems a double hump (red arrow)

The red hand seems to me indicative of potentially a GMT hand (yellow arrow), with the inner indexes (green arrow) potentially the 12-24hr indications rather than plots

Thank you for the help. I've been looking at watches that feature that strap as it is rather unusual. I thought possible gmt too but I tend to think that is a second hand I could be wrong though second hands might be hard to spot on tv shows when people are waving their hands around.

I was thinking it might be a timex, Victorinox, or Wegner however none of the models seem to match up. Maybe a citizens?

Half my interest in vintage watches is likely the sleuthing required; and these days plenty (too much?) of sleuthing time is allowed

Agree RE the dubious GMT idea, but adding it instead to a list of possibilities

I can't watch a movie or tv show without trying to ID the watches LOL
