I am trying to locate a watchmaker with the knowledge and equipment to fix a staff of a hard to find chronograph wheel.
It is for Longines cal. 30CH part 8000
This wheel is really hard to find, are the teeth still ok? If yes, it´s possible to dissasemble the wheel and make a new arbor with pinion - turned between centers by hand.

thank you for your reply. My watchmaker does not have the equipment to do this. I read that trying to disassemble the wheel can be tricky as the wheel is friction fit to the arbor. Suggestion was to drill into the existing arbor and weld a mew extension.
