I can't find any information about this watch brand, except for a few mentions of cheap $10 ones but I can't imagine one like this falls into that category.

Be interesting to see what's inside it.

The bracelet might be more desirable that the watch...

Here's the mechanism. The bracelet is very comfortable to wear.
Although it looks like rust, it isn't. I've just cleaned it off with a cloth.

Perfectly fine watch from an obscure brand. Not much financial value, unfortunately. Felsa cal 1560 movement.

Here's about the movement: Felsa 1560

As for the watch there were any number of marketers that would have a perfectly serviceable movement placed in a nice enough case and sold through some unique channel; a "house brand" if you will. Nice enough watch but certainly not a known brand. Retailers like to sell merchandise that can't be price shopped and they can use terms like "exclusive".

The bracelet looks like a Forstner Komfit. I'm a fan of those.

As far as I can tell it appears to be stamped 'Tessuflex'.

Felsa 1560 has some value.
Let's see a pic of the clasp on the bracelet.

There is no clasp. It is a very comfortable stretch fit.

The Felsa 1560 was used by literally hundreds of watch brands, from well known houses like RADO to your Realm.
They were produced in varying quantities, from hundreds to hundreds of thousands by various marketers.
Trying to find information on these lesser known brands is a needle in a haystack task.
