it says 14k gold filling on the back. I tried pulling on the lip to open the back but couldn't get it to open, not sure if I'm doing it wrong. The closest watch I found online is in the 3rd picture.

If it's a 14K gold filled watch it is most likely a case produced in the US where an imported movement was placed into. You will not find any Omega references to it online, though you may be lucky and find an American advert or sales catalogue featuring it.
