Can anyone help date this ladies Omega?

Hi All. Just purchased this ladies Omega and keen to know approximately when it was made and the model. The back is clean with no markings. It is running really well so not going to have it taken apart and serviced just yet. Any info gladly received. Thanks!

Mid 60’s at a guess. You’d need to take the back off and get the serial no to be sure.
