A lot of respect for the people fighting the fires... additionally, some much needed rain came yesterday, here in Oregon - great to see clear skies again. My wife and I had been stressed about our families potentially losing their homes - happy to report that those same family members are now back, safely in those homes. Some people were not so lucky and we feel for them.

We are thinking of our friends and families in California who are still fighting fires. It's got to be exhausting. Hang in.

My parents and my Sister with my Brother in law with my Nieces all had to evacuate yesterday.

alls well for them, and so far no structure damages. Looks like at least for them the danger has passed.

I had the same Ashfall in Newport Beach even further.

it was hot and fast moving for awhile.
