Cal 751 Sweep Second Hand question

Hello, I'm hoping to find a place to purchase a sweep second hand (steel) for Cal 751. The pin on the one I have is worn out so the hands fly around freely. Cousins UK says they are discontinued but I'm probably not looking for the right reference number?

The only listing I found I think would work is on eBay but it is not a genuine part. Would using a generic part for a sweep second hand look the same and do the job?

The seconds hand doesn't have a pin.
It has a fine tube, or pipe, and if it hasn't been split a watchmaker can use special tools to compress the pipe so. that it will grip the post of the sweep second pinion.
If that can't be done a new hand would be needed and it would probably be easier to find a suitable generic hand.

Thank you for the quick response!
