Omega po 2500 seconds hand question

    Is it normal for the seconds hand to have a faded tip? Or is the colour year/production dependant?

    Instead of starting another thread I'll ask here...
    The sound this watch makes is different from my other mechanical watches. The ticking sound, sounds like it has an echo. Can remember if my previous 2500c sounded the same. Sounds like it's in a chamber or something. @Archer

    I suspect the anechoic damping system is failing....
