I gambled on this poorly described piece recently hoping it was a Cal 71 which it turned out to be. There were no movement pics as the seller could not open it. When I opened it, it contained a few interesting surprises. The movement is marked 71. It is stamped Zenith in 2 places. 17 not 20 jewels and dusted Two 2 positions. Also stamped CXC on the regulator. Huguenin case with Stainless Steel stamped on the case between the lugs. Case number on inside instead of on the outside. Talked to someone at Zenith in the Heritage Department who asked me to forward pictures so they could look into it. Anyone ever seen this before?

looking forward to hear from Zenith on this

CXC is the US import code for Concord Watch Co.

I think, as already said, that this watch was made for the american market.
I don't know why double signature. Maybe the bumper is a later replacement?
    Just hypotesis.
