Cal 285 and 283 information

Hi,

I'm working on a compur chronograph project and I'm running into some issues sourcing parts. I was wondering if someone familiar with 285 and 283 movements can verify if the hands and dials of these tow calibers are interchangeable.

Diameters and hand sizes are different. Cal. 283 has 1.60 and 0.98 mm hand sizes, Cal. 285 1.80 and 1.16 mm
