·Hi guys I have a Geneve with a cal 1012. When I set the time forward the crown slips but doesn't do it when setting back wards, quick set works without issue. Watch runs and keep time. Is it a serious problem

The setting mechanism is not working properly, it should operate in both directions. A watchmaker can probably repair it, and if you have a good relationship with someone, they may be willing to do a piecemeal repair. Otherwise, most decent watchmakers would prefer to do it as part of a full service, so they can warranty proper operation.
