Hello,
Newb Omega owner here (2025 Seamaster Diver 300). Bought it at local Omega Boutique. Question is if I purchase a used full set from C24, does Omega still honor warranty?
Thank you!

Yes, as long as you have the warranty card, Omega will honor it.

Thanks for the quick response! Looking at a 2025 Speedmaster Moon to compliment my Seamaster. Been wanting an Omega for many-many years, and now in a position to purchase.
Thank you!

This thread is worthless without pics. So, buy one, and take pics!

Bought the Seamaster last week. Now, I NEED a Speedmaster 😁. Did the math on C24 -vs- Local Omega boutique. With taxes and certification, I would only save approx. $400 on C24 purchase -vs- new. Going with peace of mind route.

1 Seamaster + 1 Speedmaster is what we like to call around here, "A good start".

I checked how much I would save on for example an unworn '25 3861 hesalite with bracelet via C24, €1900.

I'll dig deeper, but Washington State sales tax is 8.8%, plus $250 for C24 certified.

The warranty will transfer assuming it was activated upon original purchase.

Cqn you drive to Portland? I can recommend a good Boutique, and at least one independent watch shop.

With that pace Omega is going to run out of watch models before the year is over. Slow down and enjoy that beautiful Seamaster first. Maybe if you hang around here your taste is going to change.

This may be a stretch with tariffs and attendant nonsense, but if you’re in Washington State and not too far from the border, the Omega Boutique in Vancouver is absolutely worth a visit. Jorge is a great guy to deal with. Unlike the, cough cough….Rrllxx….boutique here, the OB provides a warm welcome and staff who are happy to chat watches. And the Speedmaster selection is killer.

Yep! Just 20 minutes to the Boutique. Probably not good for the wallet....

The Boutique in Portland is awesome! I've had a great experience with a few of their sales folks, they are all wonderful. Kenny is great, and very helpful (as are most of the folks there!), though I think he got promoted so does direct-sales much less.

Congratulations to Kenny.

Yennie also has amazing customer service and communication. But I haven't had a bad experience with anyone there.

Oh yes, Yennie is great too! There's a new guy there too now (I forget his name again 🙁) who is really friendly as well. You're right, everyone there is great!

Sloan got promoted too (Kenny is the new Sloan), and she is now going to be in charge of ALL of the watch shops that are being built there. The Ben Bridge is turning into a Watch-specific store, plus they are building a IWC next to the Omega, so she's going to be in charge of everything.

Some boutiques, like Houston and San Antonio, totally cleansed their prior sales staff and replaced it with new ones over the last couple of years. Any goodwill from the prior folks is washed away. One reason why I don't try to cultivate relationships with sales people, most of them aren't in it for the long haul.

New Speedmaster Moonwatch added to collection. Love it!
So... two Omegas in the space of a week or so... what's next?! 😉
