Busted NTTD clasp?

In the last 3 weeks I noticed my clasp on my NTTD popped open on its own while on my wrist 3 times. Each time it did my wrist was moving either up or down. Not a clue why this is happening and I’ve had it for going on 3 years with no issues till now. Wondering if it’s even worth it sending the watch in or going to the store since it’s nearly 3 years old. Am I SOL? The clasp itself is I think $500. Thanks.

Can you make it pop off moving your wrist on purpose? I would bring it to the store the next time you're there. Warranty is 5 years. The band is $1500, not cheap. Do you have the 1st gen or 2nd gen bracelet?

I believe the band is the newer style since the bars are thick. The band is fine it’s the clasp. I don’t know why ordinary movement makes it pop open. Last week I was at a wedding and while clapping it popped open again.
