Seamaster NTTD dial color darkening

I have an older 2021 NTTD, and after dropping it off for maintenance, my AD noticed that the dial is much darker brown than the one they have in the store. I did buy it used, but it passed all the checks, is anti-magnetic, has 25200 bph, very accurate about +/- 1 sec every 3 days, and has a verified serial/warranty and metas card. Does the dial normally darken with age or did they recently change the dial color. I know they changed the titanium bracelet a few years back. Google searches mention the dial lightening with age. Anyone with an older or newer nttd can compare the brown of the dial? Here's mine.

It's an aluminum dial (and bezel), it will change color over time.

That's the beauty with this watch, each dial/bezel will be unique!

Thanks. The new one at the AD was so much lighter it really threw me off.
