Does anyone have or know if the clasp for the NTTD Milanese bracelet uses a specific deployment clasp or does the standard deployment clasp work with that bracelet???

Specific for the bracelet. Standard clasp for straps wouldn't work-- it doesn't have that latch that opens up.

It’s also titanium. No idea if Omega make a std deployment in the same metal?

It's in Grade 5 for the Ti Planet Ocean, but I haven't seen one in Grade 2 which is what the NTTD uses and is gray-er.

Thanks for the info. I figured since it was a Bond watch they'd do something like that.

Well does anyone have a good recommendation for a Milanese style bracelet for the Speedy Pro then???

Omega makes the same NTTD mesh strap in stainless steel... I'm actually getting it later this week

It's the same bracelet as from here:
https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/omega-two-piece-strap-stainless-steel-mesh-bracelet-020z019173w

Retail is $800. The page shows the part number under Technical Data depending on lug width.
hello! just to confirm, the deployant clasp from the mesh wouldn't fit on the new Paris rubber strap? This one: https://www.omegawatches.com/omega-two-piece-strap-seamaster-diver-300m-red-rubber-strap-032z019021w

I have the mesh, was thinking of buying the red strap but without the deployant...

OP was asking about installing a metal mesh onto the clasp meant for leather/rubber straps, which definitely doesn't work.

In your case which is the reverse, it seems to work. I just tested it on a Planet Ocean strap and the fit seems fine. Only possible failure point I see is where the mesh connects to the clasp with a spring bar. Omega likes to use a slightly shorter spring bar for metal straps/bracelets for easier fitment and a wider one for straps which have a tendency to tug on one side more than the other and could possibly lead to it coming off. Should be fine, but something to take note of.

If you could live without the Omega logo, you could try a Staib bracelet. Same quality, 1/4 price.

I just found this thread as I am curious to know if I can detach the 18mm Titanium clap from my NTTD-Mesh-bracelet and pair it for example with an omega leather strap.

Has anyone done this before? Got some pictures?

It looks like @Meme-Dweller has tried, but I really would like to know if also the other side of the rubber strap matches the milanaise clasp. Did you try this and also wear ist for some time? Thank you!
