Shouldn’t post serial #’s

In the off chance you may be speaking of me posting RJ’s serial: his is posted on Fratello, which gets a few more eyeballs than this thread

I’m not so sure I understand the anxiety around posting serials, anyway - and RJ seems to agree

Not directed at you. It looks like the previous post was removed. Someone posted their serial and asked if it was okay. My post was telling that person he or she shouldn’t.

I'm really, REALLY happy that for reasons beyond my understanding, Omega's infamous milk-ring is much less apparent with the Ed White - as clearly seen in the above pic(s) from member Woogle's recent thread ::psy::

@Robert-Jan suggested it might be (the difference in) the depth of the rehaut which is as good a clarification as any. A friend suggested it might be the O-Ring color (I think the standard production sapphire Speedmasters use a white or semi-clear O-ring). I'm sure @Archer has been asked this question (multiple times) but if I could bother him to maybe answer it once more... much appreciated 👍

@Travelller I’m very likely beating the dusty skeleton of a horse, but I came across your question above and didn’t see it answered - so pointing you to this thread that answers your questions

Your re-posted photo of the SS 321B next to the platinum 321B is a particularly interesting comparison, and demonstrates how little (no?) milky ring is found on the SS 321B.

Uh, well, spend a bit (a lot!!) of time around here... and you will be amazed at how “enlightened” you will become and at all the details that will eventually be “revealed” to you. Some say: insanity!! 🤦

Just kidding... this is what passionate peeps do/see!! 😉

Now, please do us all a favor and remove that ugly protective tape from the bracelet before you post the next pic, will you?

I will! I hadn't had a chance to size it and I wanted to take a picture while the sun was good... 😀

Reading serial numbers above, it's evident that Omega is placing random numbers on the watch... or I just don't get it...

Love that. More of a fan of the brown strap. Lovely. Is it an omega one?

any chance of a wrist shot when you get time?
