Bracelet / strap options help

Hi - I’m new to the Omega watch community. My name is Greg, always loved watches and now finally purchased my first vintage Omega. I just purchased model 396.1062 and I am wondering if there are options besides the original bracelet. I just learned a lesson, not all watches are easy to swap bracelets. Has anybody here with this watch purchased an aftermarket strap for theirs? I added a few pics of it. Thanks in advance for assistance and look forward to being part of the community

congrats mate, this is a integrated bracelet think you should be able to push the pin through the lug and replace it if you are looking to get another metal bracelet for it

Thanks for the reply. Was hoping to use a sailcloth or nylon type strap in its place for a different look.

Yea as @Radius321 suggested you're going to have to go custom. I do remember seeing a Seamaster Polaris which uses the same type of bracelet as the pre-Bond 200M running a custom made strap where the first centre link of the bracelet was still attached to the case, with the strap notched out to fit around it, and a friction fit pin holding the strap to that one centre link, so the end result looks a bit like this:

This is very similar/ same as Polaris integrated bracelet and these are very fiddly not easy to reattach for us fat fingered amateurs so don’t be in a rush to pull it all apart yet.
I think you’re best to leave this on the integrated bracelet and save the sailcloth for your next watch. The bracelet is part of the design.

if its because the bracelet is loose you could always get it repinned but this will cost more than the watch
