Bracelet options for Seamaster cal 565

Hi all, I have recent purchased a Omega Seamaster Cal. 565 automatic from circa 1971(I believe 166.002?) , see pictures. Lovely watch, very happy with it. However, I would like to replace the 18mm leather strap for an appropriate bracelet. Can anyone advice me on what bracelet details I should be on the look out for and what end links will likely fit the watch. If finding a original vintage genuine Omega bracelet is unlikely I am happy to explore a modern non Omega alternative. TIA

I moved this into its own thread, should also mention this has been redialed not sure if you knew or not. There are a few bracelet options for these cases but what’s your budget as some are more expensive than others

Thankyou for creating a dedicated thread Dsio and cheers for letting me know about the redial. (This does not bother me.) Curious as to how you knew that, was it the dial colour? Also in terms of the price of a bracelet, I would say less than £300?

This looks like an extremely polished 136.041 Genève case with a dial that somebody wrote Seamaster on. Font of the script is completely off. What does it say inside the caseback? That’s where you’d usually find the reference number of the watch.

/edit: Your next post came in while I typed this. Compare these two:

The first S is the most significant, of course, but do also compare the details of all the other letters.

Its is an Omega Genéve automatic ref. 166.041, with wrong redone dial, should normally be Genéve and Automatic on the dial.

These bracelet/endpiece should fit 166.041

Watch should look like that (if its an 166.041 which I have no reason to doubt)

Thanks for your assistance tdn-dk, Passover and MtV. Sounds like I've got a bit of a mismatched of a watch! Glad I didn't pay alot for it, Im sure to an Omega enthusiast it must be terrible but I rather like it 😀. From the picture that have been said I would also confirm it is a 166.041 case.
