Okay, unfortunately I do not have the tools right now to open the back to see the movement of the watch, but if you give me 1 week, I am going to take it to a watch place to get it opened up (hopefully), so that I can show you guys the inside!

Usual story: a request for help - then never to be seen again.

I was thinking the same about the numeral font and hand style, although more like 1918 / 1920.

Without more info from the OP, we may never know for sure.
