·As my title states, I bought a watch on Chrono24 and while it isn't my favorite platform there was something there that was rare enough to deal with it, or so I thought. After a few days of no contact from the seller I finally received a message that he didn't want to ship to the US as he only ships within the EU (He's in Hungary). The watch isn't particularly valuable ($2250) but I'd really hate to lose it.
Has anyone else run into this situation and if so was there a way around it? I was thinking there might be some type of third party service that could accept the watch and then send it to me. I haven't cancelled the sale as I'm hopeful that I'll find some sort of solution.
Any insight or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
