Boston Omega dealer

Any Bostonians here? Per the Omega website Shreve, Crump, Low are the authorized dealer for the area. It’s my understanding that they are not an Omega Boutique.
I’ve never dealt with them. Any thoughts on them? Better to drive up to NH to the boutique there? I’m looking for somebody to give my newly acquired Speedy a once over, making sure everything is fine and all screws in the bracelet are at the right torque (no Locktite, should they?). It’s a 2018 model on like new condition.
And while at it I’d like somebody to put my wife’s Constellation on a time scale. It’s coming back from Omega via Tourneau - for the second time now - and I want to make sure this time they got it right.

Boutiques are owned by Omega ( for the most part) What does the Omega website say for AD's and OB's in your area?

As for prices at AD's they will be similar depending on the model you want. Boutiques will only sell for MSRP with the exception of discontinued models in some cases.

Is that the one above Bloomingdale’s that also has Tag and Rolex? I took my wife to a conference in Boston and visited the shop I’m referring to. The omega people were great the Rolex seller with the empty display case gave me a rather stern “stay away” look as I looked the three ladies watches they had in the case.

If you feel like taking the short cruise down to Barrington, Rhode Island, I highly recommend Gray’s Jewelers. They’re an Omega AD, as well as a few other high-end brands. They have lots of goodies in the “used” case, too! It might well be worth the hour drive.

I have no affiliation; just a satisfied customer.

I got mine at Watches of Switzerland at the Encore casino. They're an AD. If you're in the North Shore, there is also Long's in Danvers. But their selection is much more limited. Long's sized my bracelet for me, but I can't speak to any other aspects of the service/repair at either one.

If you are thinking about barmakians in New Hampshire, they are not the boutique. There are and authorized dealership and have several stores in Massachusetts, too.

I've been to the Shreve you are referencing on Newbury Street a few times. Bought a Seamaster there, and also had them size a watch for me. Nothing but good customer service to report on my end.

I'm now in Connecticut, but if I was back in Boston this is likely where I would go.

Haven’t had any luck with any small service needs at the ADs in MA. Barmakian was able to get me a few bracelets screws when I lost a few, but I don’t think they are well suited to do much more. European watch co on newbury may be able to help. They helped me a while ago with a once over on a watch. Just call ahead to see if they can still
