How to check if its a legit store/ Trusted Dealer? HK

Hello there need your input. I was thinking to buy new Omega watch, finding store in HK (Basel One Jewelry and Watches Limited( Via chrono24. They are not AD, but according to Google review and chrono24, nothing fishy here.

Anyway, I'm still worried a bit. How can I verify and make sure about it? Any input about it? In addition, how a TD can offer the same watch 25% ~?
