Just switched from the rubber strap to steel for my new AT....kinda gives the dial a powder blue look...enjoying this for now
I love blue dials, they are so special. My favorite is my Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date from the 80ies because its so plain and classic. The blue dial is very rare compared to the silver one and the blue shines differently from each angle and light - from dark blue to kind of purple.
Honestly I think that's a much better look. It really does. However this translates to "Pete's an old man and ain't a fan of rubber on any watch" but as I have this itch for a blue AT maybe I'll pick up a quartz and stick it on a maratac with blue stitching......

The watch is huge, but looks smaller on bracelet, although the leather is pretty cool even if it looks bigger.
