Black Pie Pan Dial Refinished?

@RIP just avoid the vintage black dials, I understand they're mostly all redials or otherwise fake.

In this example, looks like the redialer couldn't decide whether the minute track should go on the top facet of the dial, or on the side, so split the difference and painted them over the edge.

Here's what this reference should look like, take a look at where the minute track is located. Pic from a recent sale here by nanjingcigaretes:
