Anyway, I now know how the return policy works of chrono. This was my first complaint ever. Here it goes. If you buy from a private seller (like me) there is no chrono buyers protection. With other words, you can only return a watch and get your money back if the buyer agrees. If not, you're stuck with the watch. The buyer needs to return the watch to the seller and send the seller and chrono team the track and trace code. When the seller receives the watch back he gets a email from chrono with a link. With this link the seller can confirm that chrono can release the money to the buyer. And that's it.
