Black dial Constellation 14393 - Buy or not ?

·Yes that is ok. My bigger concern is whether the dial furniture which appears to be rose gold matches with the case back which is yellow gold. Normally these will be aligned. It’s possible that the yellow gold dial furniture has developed some patina to appear rose gold, or that the case back has been swapped.

·Nothing to worry about, I have a similar 14381 which also has more reddish looking hands/markers/gilt when compared to the medallion.

correct placement of the vertical cross hair in relation to 'Constellation'
(and if it hadn't been, members like @cristos71 and @watchyouwant would have said so)
for what it is worth - I think the 'misaligned' 4 & 5 indices is just the angle of the photo too

I’ve no desire to get into a pissing match about something so inconsequential but pointing out a potential issue is different to being unequivocal, as you were, to a self-proclaimed noob who appeared to accept your comment as gospel.
I may have been a little blunt in my condemnation of the comment but it was more about the reaction of the OP and to highlight to them to not accept everything they’re told at face value.
