correct placement of the vertical cross hair in relation to 'Constellation'
(and if it hadn't been, members like @cristos71 and @watchyouwant would have said so)
for what it is worth - I think the 'misaligned' 4 & 5 indices is just the angle of the photo too

I've goolged this model and looks a bit flat compare to most of date widow models.. I've attached the example pics! Now i just want to make sure the dials are original before i make my payment...

If you look closely you can see the facets (indentations) on the top and bottom parts of the frame.

If it is an eBay sale and you have made an offer and it has been accepted then you have made a deal which you should honour.
regarding the price - the pics aren’t good enough to assess the case properly but it is a nice black pie pan dial which are hard to come by and so desirable. (and expensive)
You may have paid a bit over the odds for a 14393 but if you can afford it, in a couple of months time you won’t remember the money but you will have a nice black-dialled Constellation.
