Bezel material on gold cap seamaster 166.032

I've been searching for this information all over the forum and I haven't had much luck with a proper answer.

Is the bezel on that model gold capped just like the case? Or are they solid gold? I've seen people say that Omega used solid gold bezel's back then on their gold capped watches, but I'm assuming it was only specific watches.

Any info would be appreciated!

The only thing I see listed on the Omega Extranet is a plated bezel for the gold capped cases. They may have been capped in the past though...

I appreciate the info! In the case of the 166.032 I think it's most likely gold capped, as the bezel on mine has dents/deep scratches without any base metal showing beneath
