I had a spike two years ago. Very scary. Doc kept her head and immediately put me on a seven day course of antibiotics. Back in normal range ever since. Fantastic news Jim.

Responding to @TasMike and @Larry S - a slow steady increase in PSA is considered a warning sign of prostate cancer, while a sudden spike usually indicates an infection like prostatitis. It’s often caused by dehydration, so hydrate like a mofo.
