I love this watch, but it always comes in 44 mm size, this is 36, never seen...

I don't think so, similar watches same period same brand are 27.5 for ladies.

Agree with Vitezi, it's a lady version.
At this time, T12 were oversized. Keep in mind that PR516 were 36mm.
Otherwise, what is your hypothesis ?

As mentioned above Probably the lady version, even though the case has a big diameter the dial is small and Probably wears smaller than 36mm.

Its the ladies version. The difference between both (8mm) is almost the same as between smaller mens watches and their ladies equivalent. Just looked in my catalogs, unfortunatly there wasn't a pic of the ladies one.
