300 miles in 4 days, deep in Baja an anual training ride.

"Begin to eat the dust of Baja California"

Very cool...

It’s that time of the year! and a beautiful day indeed it was along the Rhine! A couple of stops to keep myself hydrated were a must!

I found a new beater for my road rides. Funny how people see it as a submariner whenever we’re moving 😜:

Day off to catch up on some errands but managed to squeeze a 20k single track ride in between 👍

My first time on my road bike in over a year. Felt horrible, that twitchy road bike feel and gears. Not like my mtb for sure, but I need to do lots more road bike riding.

Big reason I’ve been hesitant to get an MTB. Feel as if it would be tough to evenly split time. Haha

Box Canyon today. Super gloomy and much colder than we’re used to here in L.A.

I know what you mean, but San Diego is June gloom in May. My commute use to be about 200 miles per week all road, days off mtb. But since I don’t do the commute anymore, mostly mtb.
But I need more road, helps a lot the mtb racing(training)

Showed my road bike so love today. Going to do my best and get her out at least a couple of times a month.

Like @30t1 said, it’s painful getting back on the road saddle if you take too long of a hiatus.

I was feeling a bit cramped on my size L hardtail, so I went to an XL. Of course, Covid has seriously impacted cycling availability, so I was 'forced' to upgrade to get the size I wanted. 😁

Nice man! I'm on the edge of picking up a hard tail myself but like you said, COVID is impacting everything and the size and build that I want is no where to be seen....With the way things are going, this will most likely be a 2022 or 2023 purchase.

It's definitely a seller's market for bikes. I sold my wife's TCR last month and within 24 hrs of posting it for sale, I had almost 100 inquires for. Sold it to the first person that showed up for the asking price too 😀

Yesterday. 85k with 2000m of climbing in the Lake District including Wrynose and Hardknott. I need a new body.
