It was mostly all down hill to get there, but about a 5% grade to get back. Was sore for 2 days. The Hoover Dam is a sight to see.

Unfortunately my days in the saddle are officially over, latest hospital visit and everything is well but when I asked if I could gently ease myself back in to the saddle it was a big NO.

If any of you guys in the UK would like this Cannondale all I would ask is a donation in aid of 'Beagle Welfare" and i'll find a way to post it to you. I should add it was fully serviced last year bur never used.

Edit - Now taken and temptation removed

Here's some shots from my recent trip to Mallorca. Wonderful time, and truly a cycling must.

Something about the geometry of that frame makes it look small. Probably an optical delusion caused by the way that head tube is connected to the top and down. It's a nice bike. You could probably use a 58 judging by the seat height.

Unfortunately, I am a bit short in the inseam, so a smaller frame is the norm for me. I'm sure my flexibility isn't nearly where it should be either, however.

Chuck Lennon Park in DeLeon Springs, Florida

An absolutely divine little piece of heaven that is virtually unknown in the area. The trails literally surround the recreational ball fields at Chuck Lennon but you would never see them.

Wild tangerines, oranges, grapefruit all through there. All delicious. It is common for us to stop on the trail for a snack before moving on......really special place. Lots of wildlife.

And as you can see....giant Cathedral Oaks. The one pictured is about 30ft in circumference(its also the one on the left in the larger pic). Canopy is about 150ft across.
