·For sale is a 1969 145.022-69 Omega Speedmaster Chronograph (head only).
Beautiful step dial with gorgeous patina in excellent condition. Really nice, strong, case and clean DNN bezel.
Cal 861 Serial is 2911XXXX and HF caseback 145022-69ST.
I'm offering this for a great price. But here is the catch: It is running, winds smoothly, and the chronograph starts/stop, but it does not currently reset. It was working when I got it, but then just stopped (so something might have come out of place, etc). Also, the bezel needs to be attached.
As such, it can use a light service, which depending on who you know, the kind of overhaul you do, and the warranty included, I expect can cost between $350 and $750. This is only my estimate so please check with your watchmaker first.
I am offering it at ONLY $4,380 shipped/insured via wire and have priced it accordingly for the work that needs to be done. If it doesn't sell quickly, I'll probably pull the listing and get it done myself (just wanted to first give the buyer the opportunity to get the service done by someone they trust/know and have it in their name, etc since I planned to sell it anyway).
Thanks for looking!!!
