·After the recent discussion about "cooked" dials, I'm starting to think that is the case with this watch. Notice how the dial plots are browned, but the dial is marked "swiss made" (luminova) rather than "T swiss made T" as a tritium version should be.

Thought the same thing, myself. Looks like a bezel from one of the well-known fakes. I'd stay away.
