Looks like a ETA 281.002 to me which needs a Renata 750 or 751.

Just had a look and the back cover is 795.0898. 2. If that makes a difference?? Thankyou

Looks like a caliber 1459 (ETA 281.002).
Should be a 335, SR512SW

or Renata 751 Lithium.

PS: Looks like Max beat me to it.
