Baselworld 2019 Tudor predictions ?

The one thing I hope for from Tudor is that they offer less think cases. Give me a 79230N in a case with as low a profile as the 58 and I'll buy one in a heartbeat 🙁

Haha some of the 'new models' from RPR are horrendous.

There's no way Tudor would shoot themselves in the foot so horribly after spending the last few years building themselves up again.

It's funny how Rolex and Tudor have perfected the art of creating one single dial, bezel and case style to a point where collectors are willing to pay outrageous sums for a "new" color combination or bracelet that's been here a million times before. Doesn't matter if you call it Yacht-Master, GMT-Master, Submariner or Sea-Dweller, it's the same damn watch ad nauseam, year after year. This is worse than Panerai. I'd feel cheated as a Rolex fan. Frankly, I don't get why people are willing to play the waitlist game when there's so many more exciting alternatives around.

Disclaimer: I'm a proud owner of a 1675 - a reminder of a time when Rolex still produced watches instead of hot air.

Wow... Maybe Orchi had these pages mocked up and leaked to RPR to make PS look like an idiot? I follow his IG and the amount of vitriol slung at PS (although, for all I know warranted) is immense.

All that "it's not a myth, it's real" stuff in the Instagram captions though... Is there any other mythical Tudor diver watch they might be referencing?

We'll soon see. Granted I'm not a huge buff on Tudors history, but after the huge fanfare and demand that greeted the BB58, GMT, previous BB's etc, I just can't see this going down well.

Equally, if the overall design is correct it could look much better in real life. If you look at the actual quality of the picture it looks like a blind monkey's knocked it up on Office '97

I would love it if the tudor sub rumour turns out to be true - but dread it equally as the waiting list silliness continues to migrate from Roles to their sister brand.

We'll know in a few hours!

Im still waiting for the "confirmed" Blue BB58 😀 - I don't see anything in the BB58 size at all

on a more serious note I had my cash ready for a blue Rolex sub - well does not look like its coming this year.

maybe the chrono will need to see it in the flesh.
