Hi Everyone !
I am amateur watchmakeur and am becoming better after servicing now nearly 100 watches. I have started to work on some Omega models, with succes until now.
And i have a question about the cap jewels.
I lost a lower cap jewel for an Omega 1012 movement. (it was sattelized when cleaning and oiling it..never found it back, haha 馃檨 I paid more attention, to the incabloc spring and..lost the jewel).
When looking for a replacement one, the official omega reference (1010-1343) seems difficults to find and expensive. As those are quite simple cap jewels, does someone has a corresdance list/size list from the Omega references so i can look for one that will fit ? or have an advice to source them ? thanks !
Thierry

Loosing the cap jewel is not unheard of. Most of the Omegas I have worked on use fairly standard incabloc setting. Often these are the same across a wide range of similar sized watches.

I found a PDF cross reference table. Not sure what site I downloaded it from. Probably the Esslinger blog.
The file is called "1287_Incabloc By Factory - Omega.pdf"
An online search should find it.

The 1010 information shown near the bottom will be correct for the OP鈥檚 1012 movement.
