Best service location for Omega watches

When I use the Omega webpage to find a service location, I get the impression that I'm steered to a boutique that sells lots of brands and may not do any service itself. If service is done there, it may be one guy who repairs multiple brands. How can I get my watch to a full-service Omega repair facility?

Just wanted to add that it’s a smart decision to deal directly with the manufacturer service center in your country.

Do not use an AD go to the website and find the nearest Omega Boutique.

also is this an old piece? If so there are better options.
