Just wanted to put out a PSA that I saw an Aventurine dial speedy in a store yesterday. I was under the impression that these have been sold out for a while now. So if anyone is looking for one brand spankin new here's where to find it. The Omega section of European Jewelery at the Yorkdale Shopping Center in Toronto, Canada. Current price tag stated $13,100 CAD.
This dial is incredible. Pictures can in no way whatsoever do it justice. It is truly alive and plays with the light ever so gracefully.
I hope someone from OF ends up with it. 😁

·I saw that! I was just in there a couple weeks ago looking at the new Speedmaster Racing Dial in gray
I tried one on and loved the grey speedy. Might go back tomorrow to try it on again at Yorkdale.

·The dial is amazing, but I am surprised actually to see the date-hand is not what I expected.. It looks... rough...

·What do you not like about the date hand? Pretty neat in reality, only problem I have is the minuscule numbers, really hard to read.

This is not what I expected from +10k watch. The hand has obviously rough edges.

·“Flaws” only visible under a microscope are OK with me. Best I do is looking at my watches with a loupe which looks perfectly fine. Would be interesting to see a Patek in comparison.
